Charlotte Tomevi is a solo practitioner based in Idaho with over 26 years of experience working with individuals with diverse mental, physical, and developmental disabilities. Her mission is to support families through education, training, and high-quality, evidence-based treatment.
Charlotte earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University in 2013 and her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Washington University in 2015. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2017 and has provided individualized, person- and family-centered applied behavior analysis services across school, clinic, and home settings throughout the United States.
From 2017 through 2025, Charlotte provided independent fieldwork supervision for BCBA and BCaBA candidates, offering both remote and local supervision. During this time, she developed individualized, collaborative supervision experiences designed to support skill development and professional confidence in future behavior analysts.
Since 2021, Charlotte has served as co-chair of the Idaho Association for Behavior Analysis (IdABA) Mentorship Committee, contributing to the growth and support of professionals in the field.

Assessments
A qualified professional conducts a thorough comprehensive evidence-based assessment to develop an individualized treatment plan recommendation and/or positive behavioral support plan that families can utilize for their child’s treatment.
Family Education
A qualified professional aids in orienting parents, legal guardians, or caregivers on developmental disabilities and the scientific principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis intervention strategies specific to their child’s individual needs.
Family Training
A qualified professional will meet one-on-one with families and/or caregivers to instruct them in the application of skills and intervention strategies based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis specific to their child’s individual needs.
Interdisciplinary Training
A qualified professional will work collaboratively between disciplines to achieve common, shared goals to meet the child’s individual needs.
Private Consulation
A qualified professional works collaboratively with families, professionals, and/or agencies to provide additional assessments, intervention oversight, case collaboration, education, training, and service support.
Applied Behavioral Analysis Intervention
A qualified professional works one-on-one with the child utilizing a treatment plan based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based treatment goals.
