BACB Supervision

Advanced Behavioral Solutions, LLC offers online and in-person* fieldwork supervision for those working towards their Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA), Board Certified Behavior Assistant Analyst® (BCaBA), or Registered Behavioral Technician® (RBT) certification and ongoing supervision.

*In-person supervision currently limited to Southwest Idaho residents

The goal of supervision is to develop behavior-analytic, professional, and ethical knowledge to help facilitate success in effectively providing high-quality delivery of services with confidence.

Supervision will be provided in a multi-modal, individualized, team approach to  meet your needs including scheduling, various formats (i.e., in-person, remote), curriculum, special topics, feedback, and additional resources.

First, you will need to meet the requirements outlined at www.bacb.com to begin your fieldwork experience.

Once you have verified you meet the requirments, complete the prerequisites listed on the Pre-Experience Checklist provided at www.bacb.com

What to expect
  • Supervision will be provided in a variety of formats (i.e., remote, in-person) 

  • Supervision can be individual (1 on 1) and/or group (2-10 per session)

  • A supervisory period is monthly regardless of the number of days each month

  • Group supervision cannot exceed more than 50% of the total experience hours for the month accrued

  • Monthly supervision requires a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 130 hours

  • Supervision consists of 5% of the total number of hours completed for the current month (e.g., 6.5 hours for 130 hours)

  • Each supervisory period requires at least 4 contacts and 1 observation (either in-person, live video conference, or recorded and viewed later by supervisor) are required each month

What does supervision include? 

  • At least 4 contacts and 1 observation per month.

  • Additional meetings can be scheduled to meet your individual needs. 

  • Flexible scheduling for individual meetings and varying days and times for group supervision.

  • Individualized curriculum to align with your supervision needs. 

  • Group supervision is not required, but available to provide collaboration and exposure to a variety of settings, populations, topics, and experiences. 

  • Supervision provided in multi-modal formats to enhance your supervision experience.

How much does supervision cost?

  • Individual supervision is $75.00 per hour

  • Group supervision (2-10 supervisees) $65.00 each per hour

How do I pay for supervision? 

Payments are accepted through PayPal (link provided below).

​

How long are supervision meetings?

To meet each supervisees needs and provide quality supervision at least 1 hour is recommended per meeting.

Meeting duration is based on the total number of hours accrued for that supervisory period.

How many supervision meetings can I have?

As many as needed to meet your supervision requirement (5%) and/or to focus on specific areas of need.
